2027 Season Information

Our CSA share includes a preassembled selection of veggies weekly for 18-20 weeks, starting in June.  Our large shares include enough for the average family of four to enjoy healthy, delicious produce all week long.  Shares often include:

Greens (head lettuce, salad mix, baby greens, kale, swiss chard, spinach, etc.), tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, herbs, squash, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, beets, onions and other tasty surprises!

Seasonal fruit bonuses (cherries, melon, apples, pears, etc.) may also be included on a limited basis. 

Pricing:

Large Share:  $625 (Early Bird - $600)

Small Share:  $425 (Early Bird - $400)

CSA Flex Card: $100 OR $200 Values (Early Bird $15 bonus)

 Pick-up location options:

DRUMMOND - Wednesday (Canyon Bar) 4-6

PHILIPSBURG - Sunday @ Market on Broadway 11-3

OR - Thursday at the farm -12-2pm

ANACONDA - Thursday @ Bighorn Bottle Shop/Anaconda Community Market 4-6

Who is the Family Behind

Moon River Ranch CSA?

We are Derek, Kelly and Beverly (age 5) of Moon River Ranch in Philipsburg!

The groundwork for Moon River Ranch CSA was laid in 2020 during the Covid pandemic. Shortages and interruptions in the food supply during the next 12 months begged the question: 

How can we develop supply independence and establish better food security in Granite County?

Fast-forward to us with Beverly, just two weeks old, on Derek’s hip at our debut farm stand in Philipsburg in the Spring of 2021, surrounded by vegetables!

While we were based at the original family property near Clinton, we always thought: Where would WE like to be? Where is somewhere we could be supported by the community and enjoy where we live while growing what we love?

The answer was - no surprise - Philipsburg.

Our largest change from our original location was switching some of the production to hydroponics. This process allows us to grow vegetables a little faster, while conserving water - a win all around! We have re-introduced more in-ground production here at our Philipsburg location, and are loving being able to create ideal growing conditions for are large variety of crops.

We enjoy serving those in the community through our WIC and SNAP programs as well as our most impactful program: Senior Farmer Market Nutrition Program, through the USDA.  This means we are able to distribute coupons to low income seniors in Granite County, which means better access to fresh produce.

We love what we do here in Granite County, with the support from our previous CSA members, farm hands, farm stand visitors, and the community as a whole!

As the 2026 season comes to a close - we can't wait to see what the farm can provide in 2027 and beyond!
