2025 Harvest Dinner

This year's farm dinner was a MASSIVE SUCCESS and yet another example of how supported we are here in Philipsburg.  So many people stepped up to help us throw our 2nd Annual Farm Dinner!  From bouquet arrangements from SAJ, two very talented local chefs, and helping hands for set up and breakdown, we couldn't be more appreciative.

This menu this year was top-notch.  Beet hummus, delicata squash soup and local sourdough rolls for appetizers.  Sides included stuffed delicata squash with local sausage, cherry chutney, and crispy sage, MRR salad mix with apples, beets, and local goat cheese, and last sauteed kale and cherry tomatoes.  Montana-raised pork tenderloin as an entree finished out what was an absolutely unforgettable meal.  Thanks again to our chefs Ashley Long and Josh Drage!!

This year, we held the dinner in our new 60x40 greenhouse.  Because we held the dinner later this year, we felt that an indoor event would be necessary.  The weather was ideal for a greenhouse event, hovering in the 70's until the sun went down.  All our worries about it being too hot or cold were for nothing.  Thanks Mother Nature!!

Activities included visiting and meeting fellow CSA members, farm tours, tasting local beer and wine, and just overall good fun.  Everyone was so interested in learning about how their veggies are grown and we love to show it off!
